F*ck you DiGi!

That's it. I'm done with DiGi.

Here's my story. Ok my iDiGi contract (The one that came with iPhone 4) was expired on 16th of December. I thought of extending my contract, but I was told that I will have to pay RM88 per month instead of RM63. So I went ahead and convert it to Prepaid plan before they start charging me for RM88 since they are not offering anything interesting.

And you know what? My sister in law's iDiGi expired last week, but then she got an offer to continue to pay just RM5X per month instead of the RM88 that I was told. WTF!??????????? Is this the problem with the sales representitive at the DiGi centre for not telling me there's such an offer? Or that they just launched it? I don't know but I do know it's fucking unfair for us though.

Okay, nevermind. After converting to Prepaid, I've been subscribing to the Rider Bundle for RM4 per week for 100MB quota. They suddenly change the price to RM7 without even informing us starting last week. Yes, I do mean SUDDENLY!

How can you say change price then change price? Hey if you're not ready to roll out your service, then keep it in your books first lar, don't offer us RM4 per week then suddenly change to RM7.

The people at DiGi never appreciate the existing customers. All they want is new subsribers only. Screw you DiGi. I'm going off to Maxis and never coming back. EVER!

And by the way, your networks coverage sucks either! Dropcalls, slow internet, heck even WhatsApp also cannot connect at times.
